Repair Instead of Replacement

When a component fails, waiting for a new part is not an option. We restore damaged parts and return them to service — faster and at a fraction of the cost.

What We Restore

We restore damaged, worn and out-of-tolerance components — returning them to OEM spec or better. From emergency breakdowns to planned maintenance, we handle repairs that other shops turn away.

Damaged or Worn Parts

Shafts, housings, gears, flanges — we assess the damage and restore to OEM spec or better.

Parts With No Drawings

No documentation? We 3D scan, reverse-engineer and manufacture a replacement or repair to match.

Out-of-Tolerance Components

Machining errors or wear beyond limits — we re-machine to correct dimensions and restore proper fit.

Urgent Breakdown Cases

Production stopped? We prioritise emergency repairs and turn around critical parts in 24–48 hours.

We Solve

No Drawings. No OEM Parts. No Time.

We take the problem — and deliver a working solution.

No OEM Replacement Available

Lead time is 6 weeks and production is stopped now. We manufacture or restore the part in days, not weeks.

Part Out of Tolerance

Machining error or excessive wear — we re-machine to correct dimensions and restore proper function.

No Drawings or Documentation

We 3D scan the damaged part, reverse-engineer the geometry and restore or reproduce it to spec.
